It's no doubt that I can get lost on Flickr just moving from one photo to the next. It's no wonder that most of us have started to rely on Flickr to be not only a medium for sharing projects or inspiration, it's become a way for all of us to share our slices of daily life.
Here's a roundup of some great tools that can tie in with your Flickr photos to make the most out of your pictures!

New to Flickr now is video where pro account members can upload video with a 90 second time limit. Make sure you tag your videos with "video" or something unique since as of right now your videos will be mixed right in with your photos and there's no way to sort them by content type. So, if you've got a great video ready, upload it now via Flickr's WebUploader. Pictured above is a video by Julie Jackson of Subversive Cross Stitch and her Narcoleptic Cat.

Pictobrowser is a handy tool that let's you include your Flickr photo sets in your blog posts! Just enter in your username and choose which photo set you want to post about. You can modify the size as well as choose design attributes such as background colors or if you want image titles to be on or off. This lets readers browse photos easily within a post without having to leave your blog and move on to the Flickr site.

It's always hard to remember past photos you've uploaded on Flickr, especially for the shutterbugs out there (myself included). That's why I love Photojojo's Time Capsule. It's easy to set up with your email and Flickr account. Then just sit back because twice a month, you'll get a special email showcasing your most popular photos from that week, but exactly one year ago. It's fun to see how much your life has changed in a year and to be reminded of some of your most popular photos.

Big Huge Labs has tons of Flickr widgets and one that is particularly useful is the Profile Widget. The code generated can go easily into your profile page on Flickr so you can see your recent photos, while getting a snapshot of how many total photos, contacts, and photo sets you have in your account. Think of it as a handy counter tool.

The Wallpaper app also from Big Huge Labs lets you take any photo on Flickr and turn it into a desktop calendar for the month. It's a great way to make your photos useful for your computer.
